I Think Breakfast Is The Most Important Meal
Below are a few ideas to get you started:
1/2 tsp. fermented cod liver oil
Cultured granola with whole raw milk.
Egg in a hole
Gluten free Pancakes or muffins or Cornbread or granola.
Left-over dinner from the night before.
Sourdough scones, crepes, waffles or pancakes served with butter, yogurt, and maple syrup.
Brown rice or millet pudding using left-over rice and millet
Also drink about half a cup of a cultured beverage to aid digestion.
We have a power smoothie about 3 times a week except in the winter.
