There is nothing like sitting down with friends or family for a great meal at the end of the day.
Pick something from choices A, B, C, and D. This will make up a complete healthy meal.
Whole grains that have been properly prepared.
Root vegetables and or squashes served with sea salt (or other natural spices) and butter, sour cream cheese or other traditional fat (butter,lard, fat from poultry or meat).
Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage …. Served with a good fat and sea salt.
A fresh salad loaded with many different colors of vegetables that is served with a home-made dressing.
Cultured or fermented condiment like traditionalsauerkraut ,lacto-fermented pickle, cultured carrots, or cultured dairy like kefir or sour cream ect.
