Coconut Almond Sauce
This sauce can be used as a dip or sauce that is poured over a dish like Gado Gado. It is good cold or slightly warmed. It is rich and creamy and sooo yummy!
3garlic cloves, crushed
2inches fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
3/8cup naturally fermented soy sauce
3tablespoons rice vinegar
1cup coconut milk
1/2cup cilantro, chopped
Place all ingredients except cilantro in a food processor and mix until well blended. Add the cilantro and pulse a few times.
