Instructions

Cut up the bread into small chunks and place in a bowl. Put out the steamed veggies and cover until you are ready to eat. Combine grated cheeses, flour or arrowroot powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper.Put garlic and wine in a large pot and bring to a boil. Boil for about 3 minutes and then add the cheese mixture all at once, stirring constantly. When it looks like most the cheese has melted turn down the heat. Place the cheese into a fondue pot with the flame going. Serve with shot glasses of Kirsch. Have everyone dipping their bread and vegetables into the cheese fondue.
