Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then drop the temperature to a simmer.  Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. The sauce should start to thicken. Stir occasionally.  You can now use this sauce to spoon over or  mix into pork, chicken, seafood. This sauce would work well in a crock pot. Just pour sauce over meat slowly cook.
