Hummus Made With Soaked Beans
This is a great party dip. Pre-soaking the garbanzo beans makes it more digestible.
3cloves garlic, minced
1tablespoon flax oil
1cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1teaspoon sea salt
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a little water if it gets too thick. It should be smooth and creamy. Place in bowl and serve with fresh vegetables.
