Instructions

Sauté onions in butter in large soup pot for about 5 minutes, add the paprika and saute 3 min more.  Add the mushrooms, dill, broth, Tamari,  and salt and pepper.  Bring to a boil and then drop the temperature to a simmer. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add the cream cheese and cream and stir until it is all smooth and creamy. Add the lemon juice. Serve in bowls and top with sour cream and parsley.
