This Power Smoothie Will Keep You Going All Morning!
This smoothie can be made with many different ingredients. You can customize it to your liking. It is loaded with beneficial bacteria and nutrients but the best thing is it tastes so good.
1 1/2cups whole non-homogenized plain yougurt or raw kefir
1tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
1raw egg yolk from healthy free-range chickens
1tablespoon cold-pressed flax oil
1/2teaspoon Borage oil or Evening Primrose, or Black Currant oil
1tablespoon raw honey
1cup of frozen organic fruit like bananas, berries, mango, peaches.
1teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients in a mixer and blend until smooth.

Cultured Dairy – Probiotics, enzymes, short chain fatty acids, and most of the lactose and casein are gone due to the active bacteria that consume it. The fat is high in vitamin A and D that helps absorb minerals.
Free range organic egg yolks – Properly produced eggs are rich in just about every nutrient we have yet discovered, especially fat-soluble vitamins A and D. Eggs also provide sulphur-containing proteins. They are an excellent a source of special long-chain fatty acids called EPA and DHA. Egg yolk is the most concentrated source known of Choline.
Raw Honey – Natures only predigested food. Contains amino acids and many enzymes. Enzymes can be destroyed when heated.
Raw, organic berries – Loaded with many anit-oxidants and vitamin C. Vitamin C is destroyed by heat.
Flax oil – A good Omega 3 source
Borage oil – Good source of GLA (gamma linolenic acid)
Coconut oil/spread – a great nourishing fat that is loaded with anti-bacterial, fungal and viral properties.
