Teriyaki Short Ribs
Slow Cooked Teriyaki Short Ribs Using Pastured Beef
This is one of my son’s favorite meals. The mingling of the sauce and the beef juices cooking slowly is heavenly! I love using a crock pot because I can get most of the meal done and on it’s way cooking before most of my family is even out of bed. I am a morning person and the more I get done before 9AM the better.
3 to 4pounds of Beef Short Ribs
1tablespoon freshly grated ginger
3-4garlic cloves, mashed
1tablespoon sesame oil
1tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2cup soy sauce or Tamara sauce
1/4cup sesame seeds
Mix the above ingredients together except the ribs. Place ribs in Crock pot and pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
