Preheat oven 325 degrees.

I a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the Parmesan cheese.  Spread out in a buttered 9″ X 13″ casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in oven for 30 to 40  minutes.

I like to serve this salad with steamed veggies topped with lots of butter and a cultured condiment like carrots or sauerkraut.
