Properly Prepared Whole Grains

When I first started on my “getting back to health” program, one of my biggest shocks was learning that eating whole grains the way most of us do was not the best for my health. Whole grains or “seed” foods are loaded with natures preservatives. These natural preservatives are great for the seed (allowing it not to sprout until the conditions are right) but not good for our digestion. The nutrients in the whole grain are not available for us to assimilate unless we use techniques that were used by our wise Ancestors.
